This past weekend, Karakan Invest Group held its fourth annual beach volleyball tournament for employees. The competition serves as a preliminary event for the group's upcoming Summer Corporate Games, with results counting toward the overall championship standings.
The tournament took place at the Gornyak Stadium in the settlement of Chertinsky. Seven teams competed in a round-robin format across two courts, with each team fielding two players per match plus substitutes.
The participating teams represented various operational divisions, including: the Motor Transport and Bulldozer Department, the Mining Transport Department, the Mechanical Repair Department, the Auto Repair Workshop Department, Executive Management from Shakhta Belovskaya CJSC, Joint teams from BELCOMMERCE LLC and KARAKAN INVEST LLC.
Following a series of competitive matches, the final standings were:
1st Place: Shakhta Belovskaya CJSC
2nd Place: BELCOMMERCE LLC
3rd Place: KARAKAN INVEST LLC
The winning teams were awarded cash prizes and certificates of achievement. Additionally, the primary trade union organization of Shakhta Belovskaya presented special awards to the tournament's standout players.
