The Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation has officially certified the results of the 3rd Corporate Fitness Festival, organized by the KARAKAN INVEST Group of Companies. Employees who successfully earned fitness badges have received cash bonuses from the holding company.
The third corporate festival for KARAKAN INVEST workers took place in May at the Bogatyr Sports Complex in Sidorenkovo, with support from the Belovsky Municipal District Fitness Testing Center. Following the success of the first two festivals in 2025, company management established financial incentives for employees who meet the national fitness standards.
Under this corporate social initiative, employees receive performance-based bonuses: 20,000 rubles for a Gold badge, 15,000 rubles for Silver, and 10,000 rubles for Bronze.
These bonuses are paid out following the official decree from the Ministry of Sport. The latest results, published just days ago, show that 14 employees achieved Gold status, nine earned Silver, and three received Bronze.
The financial rewards were included in KARAKAN INVEST employees' July paychecks.
