KARAKAN INVEST Hosts 3rd Annual Corporate Fitness Festival

KARAKAN INVEST Group has successfully concluded its third corporate fitness festival, held as part of the national physical culture and sports program. The event was organized with the continued support of the Belovo Municipal District Testing Center.
The Bogatyr Sports Complex in Sidorenkovo once again served as the venue for the competition, welcoming 27 employees from across the Group’s enterprises. Participants competed in a comprehensive range of athletic disciplines, including 60m and 1000m runs, standing long jumps, flexibility tests, and ball throws. Strength categories were tailored by choice: women selected between push-ups and pull-ups, while men chose between push-ups, pull-ups, or kettlebell snatches.
Preliminary results indicate a high level of physical excellence among the workforce: 12 participants are on track for the Gold distinction, nine for Silver, and four for Bronze. Once these results are officially certified by the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, the athletes will become eligible for corporate performance bonuses.
In a move to promote healthy lifestyles, KARAKAN INVEST introduced a structured financial incentive program in 2024 for employees who successfully earn GTO badges. The Group awards 20,000 rubles for a Gold distinction, 15,000 rubles for Silver, and 10,000 rubles for Bronze.
The program has shown consistent success since its inception. Following the inaugural festival, 27 employees received badges and bonuses totaling 440,000 rubles. The second event saw 20 employees earn distinctions, with total payouts reaching 350,000 rubles.
