KARAKAN INVEST EMPLOYEES SHARE FAMILY RECIPES

The KARAKAN INVEST Group of Companies has announced the winners of its "Family Recipe" culinary photo contest, held in celebration of the Day of Family, Love, and Fidelity. The competition was open to the families of employees from all divisions across the holding.

Participants were invited to cook their signature family dish, capture the cooking process in photos, and submit a detailed recipe along with a story about why the dish holds a special place in their family's heart.

The jury evaluated submissions based on several criteria: completeness and clarity of the recipe, complexity of the dish, originality of the recipe and description, and the sincerity of the family story. Bonus points were awarded for involving multiple family members and incorporating corporate branding into the dish presentation.

The winners are as follows:

1st Place – the Vasilyev family with their "Dymlyamy" recipe.

2nd Place – the Kargapoltsev family with their "Gribovnitsa" (mushroom soup) recipe.

3rd Place – the Mokrushin family with their "Campfire Shurpa" recipe.

3rd Place – the Ermolaev family with their "Künefe" recipe.

3rd Place – the Kotlubovsky family with their "Classic Blini" recipe.

The contest winners will receive diplomas and cash prizes: 10,000 rubles for the first place, 7,000 rubles for the second place, and 5,000 rubles for the third place.

The competition was held for the first time, aiming to strengthen family bonds, preserve family culinary traditions, and reward active families within the holding.

The corporate social program at KARAKAN INVEST supports employees with children through subsidized summer camp vouchers, New Year gifts for all children, and a lump-sum corporate allowance upon the birth of a child. Additionally, the group of companies hosts annual summer tours of its facilities for employees' children, organizes trips to New Year theater shows, and brings regional theater performances to the village of Evtino to celebrate International Children's Day.
