CHILDREN OF KARAKAN INVEST EMPLOYEES BENEFIT FROM SUBSIDIZED SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM
KARAKAN INVEST Group continues to advance its corporate social responsibility initiatives. This summer, through the company’s subsidized travel program, over 80 children of employees will enjoy vacations at health camps and wellness resorts across the Kuzbass region.
All employees within the holding company, regardless of their department or position, are eligible for subsidized wellness and rehabilitation packages for their children aged 7 to 14 traveling in organized groups. Parents cover only 20% of the cost, while the company funds the remaining 80%.
The placements are provided at top-tier facilities equipped with modern medical and preventative treatment bases, offering specialized health improvement programs. In addition to wellness care, the venues provide educational and entertainment activities, hobby clubs, and balanced, nutritious meals.
This year, children of KARAKAN INVEST Group employees will attend summer shifts at youth health camps, including Molodezhny (Guryevsky District), Alye Parusa (Salair), Camp No. 1 (Rudnichny, Kemerovo), and Solnechny (Kulchany, Novokuznetsky District), as well as the Shakhtyor (Prokopyevsk) and Romashka (Tashtagol) wellness resorts.
A total of 84 children will participate in the program across June, July, and August.
Beyond the subsidized children’s program, KARAKAN INVEST Group's social support package features around 20 different employee benefit initiatives. These include allowances for domestic heating coal, subsidized wellness packages for workers, partial coverage for voluntary health insurance, corporate engagement bonuses, and milestone anniversary payouts. In 2025 alone, the group allocated over 30 million rubles toward these corporate social programs.
