KARAKAN INVEST Group has completed the disbursement of corporate bonuses to employees who successfully met the standards of the Russian National Sport and Fitness Competition during the second corporate festival. This initiative is a key component of the holding’s comprehensive social responsibility program.
The financial reward system for achieving distinction badges has been in effect across the Group for over a year. Facilitated by the Testing Center of the Belovsky Municipal District, KARAKAN INVEST has organized two major athletic festivals to date, held in May and October 2025.
Bonus payments are issued following the official decrees of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation. For the gold medalists of the second festival, the relevant documentation was published in early 2026, with bonuses included in the salary payments for February.
Following the results of the second corporate Sport and Fitness Festival, 12 participants were awarded gold badges, six received silver, and two earned bronze. In recognition of these achievements, KARAKAN INVEST provides bonuses of 20,000, 15,000, and 10,000 rubles, respectively. The total payout for participants of the inaugural corporate fitness festival amounted to 440,000 rubles.
Additionally, participants of the first corporate festival have recently received their long-awaited distinction badges along with their official supporting certificates.
